Please don't forget to fill out the Image Release Form. We need this before we can put the images up!

1) Package Set-Up:
Each package is purchased for a 1 year period.
Over that time, each package may have up to a maximum of four content changes.

4) Package Categories: Please note that Tourism Victoria will assign your package to the appropriate package category once content information has been submitted. Additional Category Listings for the same package may be purchased for $249.00 +GST, please contact the Membership Department to discuss additional category listings.

5) Online Reservations: Please note that Tourism Victoria will contact you if your business is currently using the DigitalRez System to ensure that your package is available to sell both on Tourism Victoria's website and via the Call Centre. All members who utilize the DigitalRez system will have each package item added to their respective robots.

Note that this is only currently available to accommodation members, however, activity, attraction and other tourism product based members will have the opportunity to participate on the DigitalRez system.

6) Images for Packages: Each package features both a small image (summary page view) and a large image (more details page view). Please indicate if you would like Tourism Victoria to use your existing Member Listing image if one has been provided to be included with your package or if you will be emailing your images to be loaded.

* Please ensure that you image release form has been signed and returned to Tourism Victoria.

7) Image Gallery: Please note that the Tourism Victoria Image Gallery is included as an added feature of the Featured Packages offer to members. Included in the Image Gallery is the opportunity for members to supply five images with image captions.

Below, please provide for each image to be submitted a description of the image (to help staff identify the corresponding caption with each image submitted). Also, please include a short caption to be featured with each image. The captions will be visible to the public when viewing member image galleries. When emailing your images it would be very helpful if you could please reference either the image description or image number you have used on this form so that we can ensure that the appropriate caption is included with each image. Thank you!

Images are to be provided in JPEG format and ideally no less than 434 pixels wide x 289 pixels high in size.

Notes:

Members are allowed a maximum of 4 content changes per package per year.
Images for Packages: Images should be emailed to lacey.sheardown@tourismvictoria.com and should be no smaller in size than 320 pixels wide x 240 pixels high and be in JPEG format. Please note that the small image size is 128 pixels wide x 140 pixels high and the large image size is 320 pixels wide x 240 pixels high.
Images for Image Gallery: members are allowed a maximum of 5 images to be loaded in their image gallery. Images must be JPEG format and no smaller than 434 pixels wide x 289 pixels high. Each image may have a short caption included with each image.
Images must be accompanied by a signed Image Release Form if image is not already on file with Tourism Victoria.
Members must be in good standing to participate in the Featured Packages & Promotions page
