Come out and cheer on UVic rowers! Free to watch! The Brown Cup is Saturday, April 5th 12pm-1:45pm. Established in 1992, the Brown Cup is an annual, head-to-head rowing regatta between UVic and UBC. Four races take place on the Gorge Waterway, from Gorge Pavilion Point to the Inner Harbour. The best outdoor viewpoints are: Johnson St bridge, Selkirk Trestle, Inner Harbour, Songhees Park Plaza, Curtis Point and Gorge Narrows Rowing Club. The best indoor viewpoints are: Glo Restaurant + Lounge, Fantastico Bar-Deli and CRAFT Beer Market.

Destination Greater Victoria is honoured to be based on the traditional territory of the Lekwungen-speaking peoples of the Songhees Nation and Xwsepsum Nation, whose historical relationships with the land continue to this day.
