The Highlights:
Start with a gentle meditation, and flow into an invigorating yoga session followed by calming yin poses for deep relaxation. Conclude with journaling and connect with others over some mulled cider.

What to Bring:
A water bottle or hydrating drink;
Your yoga mat and any of your own props (blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, etc.) for support;

Your Teacher:
Monique Sekhon, trained in Tofino with Randelle Lusk, blends hot yoga, breathwork, and meditation to balance mind, body, and breath. She focuses on somatic healing through dynamic movement and relaxation. Monique is also the founder of Care-2-Share, a non-profit supporting mental health and substance use awareness.
