We are so excited to return to Vancouver Island this Feast Season!

Our 23rd Annual Vancouver Island Feast of Fields will be hosted at the Sandown Centre For Regenerative Agriculture in North Saanich on Sunday, August 25th.

Feast of Fields is a three-hour wandering gourmet harvest festival that highlights the connections between farmers and chefs, field and table, and farm folks and city folks. With a wine glass and napkin in hand, you’ll stroll across a field, travelling from tent to tent, listening to live music, and tasting gourmet creations from some of Vancouver Island’s top chefs, bakers, food artisans, vintners, brewers, distillers and other beverage producers. Your ticket price covers all food and beverage.

As a fundraising event, we also offer:

  • Souvenir cedar plates (for sale online in advance or $10 cash on-site while supplies last) to heighten your feasting experience
  • Raffle tickets for a chance to win fabulous foodie dream vacations.
  • A silent auction filled with wonderful prizes
  • And of course, we take donations – for which we provide a charitable tax receipt.

All of our food and beverage presenters donate their products and time to Feast of Fields– for which we are very grateful.

The Sandown Centre for Regenerative Agriculture is an environment and food-systems non-profit organization, stewarding 83 acres of farmland, seasonal wetland, meadow and forest. Sandown supports and engages with emerging growers, researchers, community members and regional farmers; working together to build a thriving, climate change-resilient, sustainable local food system.

Destination Greater Victoria is honoured to be based on the traditional territory of the Lekwungen-speaking peoples of the Songhees Nation and Xwsepsum Nation, whose historical relationships with the land continue to this day.
