Tally-Ho Carriage Tours

Experience the best of Victoria’s history, beauty, and charm on a horse-drawn carriage ride that takes you past the iconic Legislative Buildings, through the tranquil Beacon Hill Park, along the picturesque Salish Sea waterfront, and through Victoria’s oldest neighborhood, James Bay.

Tally-Ho Carriage Tours was established in 1903 as Victoria’s first tourism-focused transportation company. Since then, the beautiful Tally-Ho horses have become iconic symbols of the city and much-loved companions of local residents. Our professional, fun-loving guides provide personalized, historical tours, and are delighted to share exclusive insights into our amazing draft horses and operations.

Tours range from 15 to 90 minutes and are priced per carriage (each carriage seat up to 6 guests, although we recommend a maximum of 4 adults to ensure your comfort). Carriages are equipped with convertible roofs and warm faux-fur blankets for cooler evenings.

Tally-Ho also offers exclusive behind-the-scenes farm tours and seasonal/holiday experiences! Book your tour now and discover the beauty of horses up close!

Find us at the burgundy kiosk at the corner of Belleville and Menzies Streets (beside the Legislative Buildings). Reservations are recommended! Call 250-514-9257 or 1-866-383-5067, or visit us online at www.TallyHoTours.com.
